I paint and like most of the painters I am not so good with words as I want to be, to explain why I paint the way I do. Anyhow, it looks to be a kind of necessity to give some explanation on why I do, what I do.
I began drawing from my early childhood. Even then I tried to find a way to put so much on one painting that it tells the whole story. But the first dilemma was what is the story?
I have always liked to listen to stories and experiences of people of all ages. I liked to be around people from different ways of living, ethnic backgrounds and cultures. And everybody lives a life different from each other, I figured.
And this was the story I wanted to paint, symbolically.
